Scholz Garten is the oldest restaurant/live music venue in Texas. Established in 1866, we’ve been serving the Austin community for almost a century and a half.
What a great place for #German food in #Austin, #Texas. The #pretzel we got had to have been the biggest ever. Very fresh and yummy. The #Jägerschnitzel was delicious with some tasty mushroom gravy. Red cabbage had the right flavor and the beer selection was huge. Thanks also to our waitress, very friendly and her recommendations were spot on. Needless to say, we’re stuffed.
