The Germanic-American Institute presents Christmas in Germany on Saturday–Sunday, December 5–6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at 301 Summit Ave, Saint Paul. Enjoy Glühwein, beer, bratwurst, pretzels, soup, and German cake with music and seasonal goods for sale; food and drink are outdoors in a large heated tent while the Haus is decorated from the Rathskeller to the ballroom. Timed entry slots (10 a.m.–12 p.m., 12–2 p.m., 2–4 p.m.) help keep the experience cozy; once inside, guests may stay as long as they like. Free parking in the GAI lot and on surrounding streets.
