Der Harrisburg Maennerchor is Harrisburg’s oldest social club, founded in 1867 by German immigrants and still rooted in downtown North Street near the Capitol complex. Members and guests gather in the beer hall and game room for drafts, pool, darts, and live music, while the upstairs Cathedral Room—once a church sanctuary—hosts receptions, concerts, and community events. The club continues German-American traditions with DerbyChor and Oktoberfest celebrations and supports local charities throughout the year.
