Edelweiss Bistro is the German restaurant at Bayern Brewing in Missoula, Montana, serving Bavarian plates such as chicken schnitzel, bratwurst and kraut, house-made pretzels, and Udo’s Dragon Soup alongside Bayern’s German-style beers.The brewery campus at 1507 Montana Street includes an outdoor biergarten with picnic tables, shade umbrellas, and a life-size chess board.
