Calling all beer connoisseurs and foodies! Taste of Fredericksburg is partnering with Alpine Chef to bring you a beer pairing dinner!

Join us for our Taste of Fredericksburg & Alpine Chef collaborated dinner – Alpine Bier Fest

Chef Jannec Hornig created a four-course dinner with each course paired with a unique German bier including a dessert. Each bier will be a 5.5 ounce pour totaling 22 oz. There will be an upgrade option to try all 11 German biers that Alpine Chef carries.

Ist Course – Beer battered cod with a creamy cucumber salad paired with bitburger pilsner.

2nd Course – Sausage trio (beef, pork, & veal) served over sauerkraut paired with franziskaner hefeweizen.

3rd Course – Sliders on pretzel buns (1) BBQ Cheddar (1) Maggie onions & gruyere (1) with senfgurken (homemade mustard pickles) paired withtucker rothaus

4th Course – Funnel cake fries with chocolate ice cream paired with koestritzer black lager

This is a limited ticket event so order early. Please be advised the ticket price doesn’t include processing fees or tipping to restaurant/bar staff.
