Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg, Texas returns October 2–4, 2026 at Marktplatz in downtown Fredericksburg. Founded in 1981 by the Pedernales Creative Arts Alliance (PCAA) to support local arts scholarships and community projects, the festival features live music, German food and drink, and family activities on the historic Marktplatz square. Fest hours are Friday 6 p.m.–midnight, Saturday 10 a.m.–midnight, and Sunday 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
