St. John the Evangelist Parish presents its annual St. John Oktoberfest October 2–4, 2026, at the Day Chapel / Old Parish parking lot in St. John, Indiana. Hours are Friday 5:00–11:00 p.m., Saturday 1:00–11:00 p.m., and Sunday noon–8:00 p.m. Expect authentic German food (schnitzel, pretzels, and more), a Hacker-Pschorr bier garden, live German bands including Ed Wagner Band, Pech Schwefel, German Band Inc, and Prost!, plus family activities such as face painting, pumpkin decorating, and games.
