BreadHaus is a German-style organic artisan bakery in Grapevine, Texas, baking naturally leavened breads since 1996 with a second location now open in Frisco. Using 100 percent organic ingredients and traditional long fermentation, the bakers turn out German rye, Bavarian pretzels, brötchen, sourdough loaves, and European pastries without commercial yeast or artificial additives. Locals and visitors from across the Dallas–Fort Worth area come for fresh morning batches Tuesday through Saturday at both shops.
