Connecticut’s 39th Annual German American Day Dinner Dance returns Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, dinner is served around 7:15 p.m., and The Heimatklänge Orchestra plays from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. The evening includes an open bar, dinner choices such as prime rib, baked stuffed shrimp, pan-seared salmon, chicken Parmesan, or vegetarian eggplant Parmigiana, and traditional German-American entertainment including choir and dance performances organized with Connecticut German clubs.
