Founded in 1865, the Utica Maennerchor is one of the last surviving German singing and social clubs from Utica’s historic immigrant community. Based at its clubhouse on Flanagan Road in Marcy, New York, the society promotes German and American choral singing, Gemütlichkeit, and community gatherings. The hall welcomes members and guests for dinners, festivals, concerts, and private events, continuing more than 160 years of German-American cultural life in the Mohawk Valley.
